Yeah, P has been promoted to K1.... Time flies so fast, she has been promoted to kindy n in 2 years time, primary. Which also reminds me that, i will need to submit all the PV forms by end of the month. Problem is, we have not choose the school, since i just found out that the school of interest has been overly subsribe and 80+ students didnt get a placement for next year intake. Argh....
Back to P, she was super excited on the idea of changing class. She loves the idea that she is a big sister now, and turning 5 next year. When i picked her up, she was telling me abt her new classroom. She told me it is a room with door n nt like her N1 and N2 classes. For the time being, it is easy to drop her off in the morning, but i m not so sure abt next wk since she is having friday off.
Since she is K1 now, we have also set new rules. No tablet, when we leave the house. She is allowed to play with the tablet for max 45 min a day and a mx 45 min tv time. Hope this will improve her attention span. We will also have a reading time before bed, a 30 min writing time after dinner and craft time on weekend. I need to be more firm towards her and yet not giving her too much pressure....
Hope we will have a great year next year....
